WHAT... There's Snow in Them Thar Hills!!!!

Well... The adventure really began when we sat on the tarmac in Salt Lake City --- and the pilot announcing that the rain and the cloud cover was too crazy for us to even attempt to fly into St. George... (It was snowing at the time in Salt Lake)... Anyway - after over an hour of sitting there... they decided to let us go... and it was One Very Bumpy Ride!...

We arrived safe and sound though - and there were 5 fellow campers on the flight with me... Very nice people - and we bonded right away! A couple from Seattle - and some gals from Ohio (OHIO STATE I might add)... They are really cute - it's fun to feel like I sort of know people here - and everyone is very nice...

IT is COLD here... and very windy... On Sunday it rained and blew so hard it was impossible to imagine what today's hike could have been like... fortunately the "wet stuff" stopped... however there is snow in the surrounding hills - and even up where we walked today!...

I've never pushed myself so hard in my life.

6:00 Circuit Training
7:00 Breakfast
8:00 Hike
11:15 Pool or mountain (ooooh too cold for the pool - so I choose Mountain - which was getting on a piece of aerobic equipment and increasing the speed or the increments every 5 minutes - 13 times... then going all out for about 5 minutes in the end...
12:45 Lunch
1:15 Lecture on Budgeting Calories etc.
2:00 Stretching
2:30 Circuit Cardio - we rotated every 2 minutes from a cardio machine to a weight machine
3:30 Step and Pump... The most difficult thing I've ever done in my life... REALLY! we had to do crazy amounts of squats while pumping weights... I know why they refer to it as step and puke.
4:30 Pool... We swam lots and lots of laps - and did drills with some underwater floating barbells for resistance... I was so tired and my legs were getting charlie horses in them from all the work that I didn't enjoy it as much as I usually do in the water...
5:45 Dinner
6:15 Lecture...
I'm beat... and going to bed... zzzzzz.... Love You!
